Alive at 25 is a 4.5 hour, single session class. Arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class start time to find the classroom and check-in. High school locations will have signage or a representative at the main entrance to direct students to the classroom. About This Course:
This course covers OSHA policies, procedures, and standards, as well as general industry safety and health principles. A copy of the 29 CFR 1910 General Industry Standards is included with the registration fee. Participants must successfully pass a written exam at the end of the course.

For those interested in becoming authorized to teach 10hr and 30hr OSHA Outreach classes, the OSHA #511 course meets one of two prerequisites for the OSHA #501 Trainer Course for General Industry. Please note, the 30-hour General Industry OSHA outreach class is not considered equivalent to OSHA #511.

Recommended for:
Environmental, safety and health managers and employees, plant and facility engineers, maintenance staff, individuals new to the field, experienced environmental safety and health managers looking to expand their knowledge.

NSC First Aid, CPR and AED provides the training that organizations trust to give their employees the lifesaving skills they need to respond correctly during a medical emergency. Our CPR and AED program teaches the principles of basic life support for adults. It gives you the latest guidelines for CPR and emergency cardiac care, starting with how to assess the scene of an emergency and take stock of the victim's condition. The course details how to perform one-rescuer CPR and rescue breathing, and how to manage choking in a conscious person. It also addresses infection control.
